Dealing With conflict Within

Hello Everyone! Hope you enjoy and are inspired by our newest content

Flesh Verse Spirit

As of lately I have been dealing with conflict within wanting to live for God and yet finding myself looking back at my old lifestyle wanting to hang unto certain aspects of such lifestyle. I told the Lord I was struggling with this aspect of life and the Lord placed the following scripture on my mind.

62 Jesus replied, “No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62

Bible Luke 9:62

I was really confused by this scripture then the Holy Spirit said the following message to me (Written Below)

Son. I am aware you are experiencing conflict within. Son, if you want to be a believer of my Holy Word then you will need to bring the conflict to rest and set your sights with all your heart upon me as your Lord. Because not one person can be caught up between two worlds meaning the sinful lifestyle and the Christ-like lifestyle. This is because the two spectrum’s collide together instead of complimenting each other.

Son, the rear view mirror in a motor vehicle is small for a reason and that reason is because the vehicle is heading forward most of the time meaning that what is behind the vehicle is less important than what is ahead.

Son, your journey with me as your Lord, must move forward and if you are looking into the rear view mirror of life then your focus becomes less on me as your Holy Father in Heaven and more on your old lifestyle this in-return gives the devil the opportunity to plant the seed of conflict within you, which leads to doubt and then your life journey shifts gears into reverse instead of forward.
